Welcome to Kneesiovitael. By accessing or using our website, booking a discovery call, purchasing a coaching package, or communicating with our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Return Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

02. Description of services

Kneesiovitael provides mindful eating coaching, educational resources, and related wellness guidance. Our services include one-to-one coaching sessions (in person or online), program packages, email support, and website content.

Coaching is a supportive educational service. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or dietetic prescriptions unless explicitly stated by a licensed professional on our team.

03. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under applicable law. By using our services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

04. Bookings and payments

Program fees are displayed on our Programs page and confirmed before purchase. Prices are in euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise and include applicable VAT where required.

Payment is due according to the billing cycle of your chosen package. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. Refunds are governed exclusively by our Return Policy.

05. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute content without written permission
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against our staff or other clients
• Record coaching sessions without prior written consent from all parties
• Misrepresent your identity or health circumstances

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for conduct that violates these terms or undermines a safe coaching environment.

06. Intellectual property

All website content — including text, graphics, logos, session materials, audio guides, and course structures — is owned by Kneesiovitael or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own learning during your coaching engagement.

You may not reproduce, sell, publish, or create derivative works from our materials without express written consent.

07. Health and wellness disclaimer

Individual results vary. Testimonials and statistics on our website reflect experiences of specific clients and are not guarantees of outcomes.

08. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Kneesiovitael shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

09. Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate a coaching agreement according to the Return Policy and program terms. We may suspend website access for maintenance, security incidents, or legal compliance without prior notice where urgent.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer protection law grants you jurisdiction in your country of residence.

EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
